My Odigo

Modern slavery transparency statement

This Transparency Statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Zero tolerance

Odigo has zero-tolerance for bribery, corruption and human rights abuses. It is a fundamental belief of Odigo that there is no place in business for human rights abuses such as forced and compulsory labour, slavery, servitude or human trafficking.

Procurement and supply chain

We aim to ensure that no slavery or human trafficking takes place in any part of the Odigo business or in our supply chain. Our policies and procedures regarding external expenditure comply with all applicable legislation and the UN Global Compact.

Compliance team

We have a dedicated sustainability compliance team within our organisation. Our teams must complete ethical training.

Due diligence

We are committed to conducting annual due diligence on all procurement policies to identify any area where Odigo could be unintentionally putting pressure on our suppliers that leads to modern slavery. This exercise provides our procurement professionals, including buyers, commodity managers and category directors, with the tools to deliver Odigo procurement policies. Annual due diligence is undertaken on Odigo’s annual spend in order to determine how any change in our spend profile affects the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain.

Supplier Profile Assessment

All our active suppliers are required to complete our Supplier Profile Assessment as a contractual obligation. This tool assesses the CR&S qualities and the corporate compliance of our suppliers to the provisions of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It includes questions that require evidence about their modern slavery policies, actions and intended future activity. All our suppliers are subject to an annual evaluation based on social, environmental and financial criteria. Suppliers are also required to provide individual responses to questions that enable the identification of risks within their business that merit further investigation and evaluation by our supply chain experts.

Continual improvement

Odigo is committed to continually improving our diligence in ensuring neither we nor any aspect of our supply chain engages in or facilitates the practice of modern slavery or human trafficking. This includes keeping up to date with best practices in this area, ensuring new joiners are aware of and trained in our anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and procedures, and regularly refreshing and updating all our employees’ knowledge of those policies and procedures.

This statement will be reviewed and updated annually.
