My Odigo

Odigo obtains a “Great Place to Work” certification in all countries

In December 2022, Odigo was awarded for the first year the prestigious "Great Place to Work" certification in the UK as well as in Spain and for the second time in France. This is the result of an employee survey and a comprehensive independent audit conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.
Odigo obtains a “Great Place to Work” certification in all countries

Odigo confirms and extends its certification as a “Great Place to Work” company. In the fall of 2022, 87% of Odigo employees in all countries took the time to complete the Trust Index© survey prepared by the Great Place To Work Institute (GPTW), an independent organization and a leading player in the field of quality of work life. The global results in all our locations: 76% of employees consider Odigo a Great Place to Work and the average of the positive responses rate to the Great Place To Work® Methodology questions is up to 75%.

This success is based on a high level of employee participation, with an increase of 5 points compared to the previous survey, but also on the excellent scores obtained. We have made progress in all areas evaluated by Great Place to Work: friendliness, fairness, respect and credibility.

In the key figures we can note:

  • 95% of our employees feel that they are treated regardless of their sexual orientation, ethnic origin, age or gender.
  • 88% of our employees affirm that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.
  • 86% of our employees feel that our facilities contribute to a good working environment.

Initiated first in 2019 in France, the first GPTW initiative had notably led to the creation of a dedicated culture team and the establishment of a “network of ambassadors” spread across each site and team. Thanks to this approach, many initiatives have been launched, such as our onboarding program and completely redesigned training courses, a myriad of internal events and Engagement Days to support charity actions.

In 2022, the objective of the GPTW approach was twofold:

  • to obtain certification in our three countries
  • and above all, to gather as much feedback as possible in order to make concrete adjustments to the application of the action plans and to strengthen a common culture.

Obtained in an unprecedented global context and in a year of major transformation, this certification is of particular importance to Odigo. Together with the culture ambassadors and all employees, we will continue make our values resonate and pursue our collective approach to improving the employee experience,” says Erwan Le Duff, Odigo’s CEO.

Beyond the satisfaction of having such positive feedback, Odigo intends to rely on its “network of ambassadors” to use this wealth of information to identify and define the next steps in its improvement plan.

Today, Odigo is a Great Place to Work in France, Spain and the UK! Tomorrow, our ambition is to remain so and to offer an ever-improving employee experience.
