My Odigo

A great mobilization for our 3rd Mobility Challenge!

Odigo is proud to announce the success of the Mobility Challenge 2023 whose objective was to take as many steps as possible to support the victims of the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
A great mobilization for our 3rd Mobility Challenge!

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program “CommittedTogether,” Odigo supports numerous associations and offers its employees the opportunity to get involved on many occasions.

One of our annual highlights is the Mobility Challenge. Volunteer employees get together in teams of five to walk as many steps as possible over several weeks to support a good cause.

This year, our walkers had to collectively achieve a total of 23,000,000 steps in 14 days! After reaching this amazing goal, the Odigo group has made a donation to the French Red Cross association to support its work in solidarity actions towards the areas populations affected by the earthquake on February 6, 2023 and its aftershocks in Turkey and Syria. The French Red Cross is committed to allocating the entire amount of the donation to its support of the Turkish and Syrian population, its solidarity actions towards the populations affected by the earthquake of February 6, 2023 and its replicas in Turkey and Syria, either directly or through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Turkish Red Crescent, or the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, until December 31, 2024.

Congratulations to the 217 participants in 44 different teams from France, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom who have completed 33 092 094 steps, a distance of more than 23 164 kilometers! This new edition of the Mobility Challenge has once again demonstrated that we hold high our values of humanity and commitment.

Here are some testimonials of challengers:

“My team and I had a great time taking part in the mobility challenge. A lot of us switched out public transport for walking – which saved us money too.  It has been a win-win situation! It was great to come together as a team, and we are all looking forward to doing this again!” said Jasmine, HENNIS, Business Development Representative for Odigo.

“I really liked the Mobility Challenge! I’ve been participating since the first edition, every year with different colleagues. At the beginning, I always sign up saying to myself “I’ll do what I can”, and in the end I’m quickly carried away by the team spirit and the fun side of the competition. I’ve often found myself walking between the kitchen and the living room in the evening to finish the day’s objective! I had a very good time shared with my colleagues!” said Sabine TROUILLET, Senior Product Engineer for Odigo.

“I loved participating in the Odigo’s Mobility Challenge because they have a double objective: solidarity and health. I hope that with our contribution we will be able to help the people affected in Turkey and Syria” says Jesus RODRIGUEZ MAESO, Head HR Spain, for Odigo.
