As a candidate, you’ll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Regardless of the outcome, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. To keep the employee-employer relationship on track we have a monthly employee Pulse survey. You’ll also take part in the major events that mark company life: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, and Q&A sessions with the board, with a policy of transparency and openness on all matters Odigo.
