We offer in-house Odigo programs like Passport Soft Skills, Odigo Leader Program and Lift Up Expertise, combined with external training sessions and Joining Odigo comes with the promise of being well-integrated, whatever your profile and background. As a candidate, you’ll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Whether the outcome is positive or not, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. On the employee side, every month we take the pulse of our teams through a survey, which is then shared. You’ll also take part in the major rituals that mark the life of the company: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, and Q&A sessions with the board, with a policy of transparency and zero taboos.
